Education

It continues to trouble me that the horse industry, particularly on the east coast, have generated such a small presence in both public and private high school education. Areas of Mass., New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware feature extensive farming communities with young people in the tens of thousands that could/should be exposed by all that various elements of the Equine world have to offer. Interest leads to exploration which in turn leads to employment and then investment. Opportunities missed are missed forever. Any ideas?
