Dublin Launches Technical Paddock Boot Collection with Online Giveaway

EDISON, NJ—Dublin’s new paddock boots have traditional good looks with soft, durable leather and clean, classic lines. But it’s what you don’t see that really counts.

Three years of global research that spanned thousands of equestrians on three continents went into creating this new collection of riding footwear that promises all-day comfort and value for riders at every level.

“You think ‘paddock boot’ and you wonder how on earth can you make them different?” said Doug Walker, Chief Marketing Officer of Dublin’s parent company Weatherbeeta USA. “But we’ve literally changed everything. We started with some really fundamental research. How do people shop for these boots? How do they use them? What’s important to them? What’s not important? What we found is that comfort is absolutely critical,” he said.

Built around Dublin’s RCS (Rider Comfort System) footbed, the range offers a technology evolution that starts at the entry level with Dublin Foundation and Dublin Elevation and builds to the high-performance Dublin Summit and Dublin Apex models.

The most advanced model, the Dublin Apex, offers superior comfort and support. The RCS Platinum footbed is built on a full rubber outsole with a stability-control shank, comfort arch support and triple forefoot flex bars for extra flexion in the stirrup and while walking. The ABS shank provides full-foot support with a padded shock-absorbing cushion built into the heel. A POLIYOU® foam liner is antibacterial, antifungal and fast-drying, allowing the foot to breathe and eliminating odors. Several individual layers of cushioning provide all-day comfort, and the soft, waxy full-grain leather breaks in quickly. Durable YKK zipper, punched toe cap and branded nylon pull tab for a quality, polished look. Black, brown. Ladies’ sizes 6-10, full and half sizes. MSRP: $149.99.

The Dublin Summit has an RCS Ultra footbed that offers moisture control, cupped heel and arch support and a shock-absorbing heel for superior comfort. A POLIYOU® foam liner is antibacterial, antifungal and fast-drying, allowing the foot to breathe and eliminating odors. The soft, waxy full-grain leather breaks in easily. An engineered rubber outsole provides excellent grip, traction and stability. Durable YKK zipper, punched toe cap and branded nylon pull tab. Black, brown. Ladies’ sizes 6-10, full and half sizes. MSRP: $129.99.

Dublin Elevation boots come in both zip and speed-lace styles. The quality leather boot is based on the RCS footbed with a steel shank, cupped heel and arch support, enhanced cushion layer and moisture-control lining. A full rubber outsole with slip-resistant tread and stability control. Durable YKK zipper, punched toe cap and branded nylon pull tab. Black, brown. Ladies’ sizes 6-10, full and half sizes; children’s 10-5. MSRP: Ladies’ $84.99, Child’s $69.99.

The Dublin Foundation boot, also made of quality leather, features the Dublin footbed with a cupped heel and arch support, cushion layer and moisture-control lining. A rubber outsole is designed for grip, endurance and stability. Durable YKK zipper, punched toe cap and branded nylon pull tab. Black, brown. Ladies’ sizes 6-10, full and half sizes; Child’s 10-5. MSRP: Ladies’ $69.99, Child’s $59.99.
