Based in Sydney, Australia, Waterhouse has raced horses around the world, including at Royal Ascot Racecourse.
She's a number of Group One winners and well known horses include More Joyous, Pierro, Wandjina, Global Glamour and Descarado.
Gai trains in partnership Adrian Bott and is the daughter of legendary horse trainer Tommy Smith.
