AHA’s Modern Arabian Horse Magazine seeks Contract-Only Sales Representative

The Arabian Horse Association (AHA) is seeking a contract-only sales representative for its magazine, Modern Arabian Horse (MAH) and related advertising sales. Have the opportunity to work with an energetic sales and marketing team, while providing services to the Arabian horse industry.

MAH is the official magazine of the Arabian Horse Association and has a circulation of nearly 15,000. In addition, MAH also offers an e-blast service which allows advertisers to reach equine breeders and members that are only available through AHA’s 27,000 subscriber database.

The contract Sales Representative position requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience selling within the equine industry, but does not require re-location. As an Independent Contractor, the sales representative would be provided with a highly competitive commission rate, compensation for travel to AHA related events, a smartphone, a laptop and AHA email address, as well as access to a customer relations management (CRM) tool/software.

Experience using a CRM is highly beneficial and an emphasis on commercial, digital or social advertising sales is a plus.
