    Go to Nominate to join WEC. All of our events are 'members only', which ensures discounted entry fees. Rejoin for $30 or join for $35 for the calendar year. (There has been no fee increase for 2024)

  • Maximum 2 tests per horse

    Due to the EA restrictions that ensure the health and safety of horses and riders participating at our competitions, there are maximum entry limits that apply as follows:

    A horse may compete in a maximum of 2 tests.

    A horse may compete in two consecutive levels only.

    Riders can enter a maximum of two horses.

    Maximum of 4 tests per rider.

  • Volunteer

    The entire club and all events are run by volunteers. If you would like to help in any way, please apply by sending an email to wec@live.com.au.
