The Remember Me Retired Racehorse Program was formed by racehorse trainers and volunteers to assist retired and injured racehorses after their careers at the track are over. We accept, rehabilitate, and retrain exracehorses with the hopes of finding them new homes with responsible owners. Remember Me has been a 501(c)3 since 2008 and accredited by the Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance since 2014.
We Need Your Support
We rely on donations from horse lovers, horse breeders and racing fans alike. Since we are an IRS recognized 501(c)3 program, all donations are tax deductible. Please consider donating to our continuing efforts to place these horses with new families.

Sale Barn Rescue
Please donate here to help us purchase and provide for the immediate needs of thoroughbreds found at horse auctions.
We do our best keep horses from ever entering the slaughter pipeline or ending up in kill pens by intervening at local sale barns. This requires emergency funding for their purchase, transport, quarantine and vet care. When we find a horse at a sale we need immediate help to rescue them. Your donations go directly towards our mission to save horses.
