Welcome to Westcroft Park Polo Club

Nestled in the Surrey Hills, Westcroft Park is a friendly polo club welcoming all levels. With three polo fields and an all-weather, floodlit arena, we can cater to every aspect of your polo experience. Whether you're a seasoned polo player or getting on a horse for the first time.
Each week we have chukkas, lessons, challenges, practices and tournaments running, check calender or fixtrures to see whats on.
At Westcroft Park Polo Club our focus is to provide a friendly, fun, competitive enviroment for all to enjoy the amazing sport of polo.

Richard Blake-Thomas

Richard is the founder and owner of Westcroft Park Polo Club. At 3 goals outside and 6 goals in the arena, he has been playing polo for most of his life and his most notable wins include the Arena Gold Cup.

A fully HPA qualified coach, Richard’s passion lies in horse breeding and the re-training of racehorses for polo.

Daniel Otamendi

Argentine polo professional, Daniel came to the UK as a groom and worked his way up since them. 4 goals outside & 7 goals in the arena Daniel spends his year travelling between the UK & India playing.

Career highlights for Daniel are representing South America in Australia, playing the final of royal Windsor and now watching his sons follow in his footsteps.

Kirstie Otamendi

Kirstie has played polo ever since growing up on the side of the field, it’s in the family.

1 goal outside, 5 goal ladies & 2 goals in the arena Kirstie’s passion is teaching, coaching, producing horses and encouraging people to enjoy the sport.

Fully qualified HPA coach Kirstie heads Minninnooka Polo & Riding School with an ever browning list of players, coaches and professionals.
